The location of this property is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city. You can easily walk to all the main attractions of both the old and new towns. the apartment itself is comfortable and well-appointed, with spacious rooms and a washing machine for added convenience. the contacts for the property are also commendable, providing excellent service and being super helpful and friendly.
The television set-up was a bit confusing and we couldn't figure it out even with the provided instructions, so we ended up not using it.

Beautiful, warm apartment with comfy beds. Spotlessly clean and spacious. Easy check-in process with helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location for exploring the city. Good amenities including a washing machine.

I had a fantastic stay at Lively & Energetic 2Br On the Royal Mile. the location was superb, with easy access to everything in the heart of old town. the flat itself was beautifully presented, with colorful and tasteful decor. I especially enjoyed the nice views from the main reception room across rooftops and beyond. the apartment was very clean and recently renovated, providing all the modern conveniences needed for a comfortable stay. The helpful videos sent prior to our arrival were a great bonus for first-time visitors to the city. Cons: Nothing to fault. 👌.

The beds were incredibly comfy, and the place was spotlessly clean and quiet. The amenities provided were excellent, and check-in was a breeze thanks to Chris, who was super helpful and friendly. The location couldn't have been better, with all the key places in the old and new towns within easy walking distance. The apartment felt like a home away from home after a day of sightseeing. The property contacts were also on the ball and incredibly helpful.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
